I hope I'm turning Japanese

Well, hello again dear reader, it has been a long time since I have posted. Not like a Yoosuk long time or anything, but still, I hope that absence has made the heart grow fonder, or however the saying goes. Anyhow, not much has changed since last I posted, saving that I may or may not, pending an interview in chicago, be going to Japan in a few months to teach english. Many of you may well be aware of this, but for those of you that weren't, there it is, right there on the table. Other than that, not much is new, I have picked up a new source of income (meager as it may be) as my mother's personal chef. Over the next few weeks I will be preparing a number of low carb meals in accordance with the so called "South Beach Diet." My hope is that it will make me a better cook in the long run. I am not sure of this as many of the meals are, as I mentioned before, low carb. Oh well, we hope for the best. I haven't much more to say than that, so until next time, happy hunting.

Out,
Z
